I'm going to come out next week probably thursday night. Ask you dad if he wants to ride a 29er I'll bring one out for him to try.

These are beefed up from their 15G cranks which I use and love. They are stiff, light, and problem free. They also look good on the bike. Bottom bracket hasn't been serviced yet after 8 months of riding and a long northern ca winter. Price is good for the quality you get.

Nice work Chris! Cranks look awesome. From a person using your cranks they work great and problem free. Look forward to more products coming soon.... have fun at the Open.

Suguaro is a killer summer hardpack tire that handles even rocky terrain pretty well. Very fast tire. Best 29er front tire I've used to date.

More is not better. 8 speed average rider & 9 speed if you are xc racer or think you are. 1x9 seems to work great also.. I guess this will help keep shops busy with derailleur adjustments and broken chains though.

I'm a bike shop and agree with a lot said here. Only two things I have to say or question. First why so low? Theres no reason to sell more than 40% off because bike shops usually don't go that low because that is below cost. This also devalues the item from a product stand point. Second don't go into your local shop then walk without purchase to come back 4 days later to show what kind of deal you just got online, especially if your looking for us to put the part on. When you crash you don't need someone to stand over you and tell you crashed and what you should have done. How and why these online stores can get product that cheap is the problem, sure overhead is less but their wholesale price is also so much lower.

None of the guys are wearing fox helmets in the pic while they are riding. May not have to but looks bad for fox.

Hey Phil, my Dad was wondering whether or not you were doing your Sunday ride tomorrow. He was interested in trying a RIP 9.
Thanks,
Taylor

Sorry to just get back to you. But My dad and I are on a roadtrip through OR, WA, and up to Whistler! My dad said that he would love to ride one, but we dont get back until sometime around the 20th... (Depending on how long we stay at Black Rock). And after that, I think were free the rest of the summer and will be stopping by the shop to go for some Sunday/Wensday rides.
See tah soon,
Taylor
